These are some of the things I did to prepare for my mastectomy and breast reconstruction surgeries.
I saw a hypnotherapist. He helped me with relaxation and meditation techniques specifically geared towards healing my body and relaxing before surgery. We also did some EFT which is interesting stuff!

I had a right-breast mastectomy and a tissue expander inserted on Nov. 11, 2007 at Thornton Hospital in La Jolla, CA. The surgery went very well.
